Rare large vintage 20 litre Viresa demijohn bottle

Very large, heavy, light aqua-coloured vintage Spanish demijohn bottle (or carboy) by Viresa.

So far, I haven't been able to find another that's this size. The largest I could find was 16 litres.

Great for displaying dry grass or as a standalone decorative item. 

Embossed on the neck with VIRESA and "20", presumably for 20 litres, and embossed "J" on the bottom. 

Hand-blown with some characterful air bubbles. Seam running vertical to below the lip.

There a couple of chips as shown in the photos, but the bottle is so large it's hard to notice them.

A real statement piece.
